Oliver Hughes is a British financier. He is the co-founder of the fintech startup Kinetic Finance in the UAE. Previously, he was one of the two co-directors of TCS Group and an executive director on the board of TCS Group, as well as the chairman of the board of Tinkoff Bank.
During the breakfast, Oliver Hughes shared insights into his career path, his approach to teamwork, and the company’s DNA that helped build one of the best banks with a fully remote format. It was an engaging and fascinating conversation.

We had a great time together surrounded by resident families and competed with other teams, whose participants include entrepreneurs, representatives from various fields such as finance, IT, HR, lawyers, all those who value their time and enjoy quality leisure.

Maxim is a serial entrepreneur, founder of companies such as Svyaznoy, Pandora, the art park "Nikola-Lenivets," and other projects. He was named the youngest billionaire in Russia according to Forbes' 2012 assessment. Currently, he resides in the USA. During the meeting, Maxim shared insights into his life journey, discussing how several successful business projects led him to where he is now and also talked about his new project.

On December 25, we hosted a cozy Christmas brunch that brought together families from different chapters of our community! Guests of the brunch enjoyed exquisite cuisine, a Christmas atmosphere, and pleasant company. There was an exciting program from "MORESHOW" for both children and adults. We had a great time with fellow community members and their families, creating wonderful memories in anticipation of the New Year!

From May 17 to May 23, the annual large visiting session of the international business community “Equium” took place in Turkey. Over the course of three days, 220 members from 24 Equium chapters communicated a lot, listened to speakers, shared experiences, played sports and just had a great time together.

On October 17 we had a meeting to discuss: “Remote owner: how to manage a billion-dollar business from a distance without loss of profit” with Oksana Likhacheva.

Oksana is a remote team management consultant. Also Oksana is a founder of personnel consulting Life Job, CEO of the wholesale packaging materials company U2B “Packaging for Business”, built the management of the branch network from scratch to a network of 24 representative offices in Russia.

A foresight game is useful because it allows you to anticipate possible challenges and opportunities, creating the basis for making informed strategic decisions. We are convinced that the future cannot be predicted, but it can be CREATE!

The Honey Movie is a documentary, the inspirer and main participant of which was Igor Ganya, the leader of Equium Moldova chapter. Igor's team brought the incredible footage and amazing stories from Ethiopia, Spain, Andorra, Moldova, Kyrgyzstan and Indonesia.
Igor conducted the world-first experiment - he was on a «honey diet» for 30 days: only honey and water.
«Hi all! It is a great honor for me and my whole team, that Artem showed so much attention to the film and desired to show it to those who have not seen it yet! The film is not really available for general screenings yet, as we are now going through a series of world festivals, and successfully. We have already taken the title of "Best Nature Film" at the Documentary Film Festival in Los Angeles!
